The Tao and The Phil

Oy. I"m learning that maintaining daily blog plus a new job is quite complicated... Any advice?

I leave you some words from the Tao that may calm you if you had a crazy day too:

The supreme good is like water,
which nourishes all things without trying to.
It is content with the low places that people disdain.
Thus it is like the Tao.

In dwelling, live close to the ground.
In thinking, keep to the simple.
In conflict, be fair and generous.
In governing, don't try to control.
In work, do what you enjoy.

The internet has everything.

When the Facebook conspiracy went down, bloggers were on top of it. When I wondered about the past of Nicole Sherzinger, youtube was on top of it.

Just yesterday I noticed a tiny black dot on the top left corner of my gmail, I typed it into google and (zoot-a-la!) it's already been discussed and theres a conspiracy that its a camera, a folded corner design (although that wouldn't make sense, as it scrolls down the page with you), or just a glitch in the coding.
Whether big brother is after us or not, I still think the internet is the shizz.

City sister just introduced me to Lifehacker (I think way too late), but I've fallen in love and have a few new life-transforming computer applications on my wish list:

1. the 360 Desktop - although it looks like it'd probably just eff up your computer
2. pimping out my firefox
3. baaaad (slang for good when it has 4 a's) speaker cabinets
4. Digsby! - god knows why i don't have this already its up my 2.0 obsessed ally

Sooo Beyonce's little sister is pretty bad ass... Her new video for the single,"I Decided," came through my Universal e-mail today and the aesthetic reminds me of the new M.I.A. kind of style with very 80's colors and geometric shapes...

Yesterday-

I got off work at 1, headed straight to the beach where I passed out face down in the sand, came home and watched The Holiday, got dressed and went out for margaritas and then had a faaabulous night out in Hollywood.
